Senior R&D Formulation Chemist – Detergents & Home Care Products

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of innovative detergent and home care formulations translating consumer insights into breakthrough products
• Design and execute complex experimental plans to optimize product performance stability and cost-effectiveness
• Troubleshoot formulation challenges identifying root causes and implementing robust solutions for existing and new products
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing engineering and manufacturing to ensure seamless product launches and scale-up

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in formulation development within the detergents and home care industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in surfactant chemistry, rheology modifiers, enzymes, and other key detergent ingredients.
