About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES):
- Perform day-to-day quantity surveying activities, including correspondence, notifications, and maintenance of contract records and documentation.
- Prepare and submit interim payment applications in a timely manner, monitor payment status, and assist with the resolution of payment disputes.
- Identify, prepare, and submit variations, ensuring timely valuation, negotiation, and agreement with clients or main contractors.
- Draft contractual letters and notices in accordance with contract requirements and timelines.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of claims for extension of time (EOT), disruption, and additional costs, including supporting documentation.
- Work closely with site and project teams.
- Autonomous, skilled in quantity surveying, and capable of communicating information effectively.
