Senior Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities Collaborate with the construction team to prepare accurate Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Open Tender documents. Identify and engage potential tenderers and subcontractors by sending RFQ invitations to ensure competitive bidding. Manage and resolve queries and clarifications between tenderers and the construction team during the RFQ stage to facilitate smooth communication. Organize and coordinate post-tender interviews involving tenderers, construction, quantity surveying, and contracts teams to support decision-making. Assist the Quantity Surveying (QS) and Contracts Managers in handling quantity surveying tasks related to Sub-Contracts, Works Orders, and Purchase Orders for accurate contract management. Support the contracts team in administering subcontracts to maintain compliance and documentation accuracy.
