Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client, a leading civil engineering contractor specialising in infrastructure and water sector projects, is currently looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Glasgow. Key Responsibilities for Senior Quantity Surveyor: Act as a key commercial point of contact for specialist subcontractors and project stakeholders. Provide guidance and support on contractual and commercial matters throughout project delivery. Ensure contracts are administered in line with company procedures and commercial objectives. Assist in protecting the companys commercial position through effective contract management and risk mitigation. Provide regular updates to senior commercial leadership regarding subcontractor performance and project commercial status. Support the pricing, assessment, and negotiation of project variations and compensation events across multiple work scopes.
