An innovative construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Birmingham office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The Successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a highly respected QS team where they'll be working across a variety of projects across several sectors including commercial, residential and student accommodation.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be expected to lead, develop and grow the existing QS team in Birmingham.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS
• Completed a QS degree or RICS related
• Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Excellent pre and post contract experience
• Client facing
• Driving license and car
