What You'll Do
Commercial Management
Lead the commercial administration of major trade packages throughout the project lifecycle.Prepare, review, and negotiate interim valuations, variations, claims, and final accounts.Manage subcontractor accounts, payment certifications, and back-charge recovery.Monitor package performance against budget and identify commercial risks and opportunities.Support cost forecasting, budgeting, and monthly commercial reporting.Contract Administration
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and commercial procedures.Evaluate contractual changes and assess their commercial impact.Support dispute avoidance and resolution through accurate commercial records and documentation.Stakeholder Management
