About the Role
- Conduct raw material inspections for all incoming materials used in Insignia production.
- Evaluate and approve confirmation samples to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct final quality control (QC) inspections of all manufactured items at vendor premises.
- Participate in the processing and evaluation of customer repairs, claims, and shop returns.
- Prepare detailed reports and implement corrective actions to address identified issues.
