Job Description

• Specialized in Pre & Post-Contract Cost Consultancy services, ideal candidate will have experience in mid/large-scale luxury residential, commercial, hospitality projects.
• Able to support the client across the portfolio of projects
• Experience in managing a team of professionals delivering pre & post-contract cost management and consultancy, including cost estimating, cost planning, BOQ preparation (organization, coordination and team management), pre tender estimation, Tender process management (tender query responses & addendum preparation), Contract formation review etc. , payment certifications, management and assessment of variations, claim avoidance, budget tracking, cost reporting, risk management, negotiations and final account.
• Manages projects and resources according to the requirements of the project and acts as primary point of contact for clients on small & medium size projects.
