**SENIOR PROJECT SPECIALIST - AI/AN Victim Services Programs**
ICF seeks a highly motivated **Senior Project Specialist** to lead assistance engagements with American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) grantee communities in the development of capacity building, sustainability planning and compliance assistance for federal grantees.
This role ensures that grant recipients receive highquality, trauma-informed support that strengthens their ability to develop, expand, and sustain services for victims of crime, including victims of human trafficking, child sexual abuse, domestic violence, elder abuse, and families of Missing or Murdered Indigenous Persons (MMIP). The successful candidate excels at communicating and is skilled at establishing and maintaining partnerships.
