Empire life is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager to join our Project Management Office team!

Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for proactively managing the initiation, planning, analysis, design, execution, implementation and close‑out of specific projects in support of business objectives. The incumbent is guided by defined goals and objectives, and works under minimal supervision of their manager.

• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables that support desired business objectives, in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Define project tasks and resource requirements
• Work closely with resource managers in IT and other business units to acquire necessary project resources and assign specific tasks and responsibilities to project team members
