Location: Flexible (Able to live anywhere in the Southern region)

(Travel is required 4 days a week for site visits, with 1 day for admin and home working)

Salary: £80,000 - £85,000 basic + Corporate Package

The Opportunity

The Resolute Group has partnered with a premier national client managing over 400 UK assets and an extensive, high-value Southern property portfolio. Working directly for the asset owner, you will oversee the live projects being undertaken on their Assets. Overseeing the contractors delivering various projects on site, from re-fits, EV charging and refurbishments to the premises.
