Senior Project Manager – The Building Intelligence Group

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead 3 Waters and infrastructure resilience projects in Central Otago and Southland. The role involves all stages of delivery – from feasibility through to hand‑over – and requires strong technical leadership and stakeholder management.

The Role

As the senior eyes and ears on our projects, you will provide project leadership and direction, act as a trusted advisor to clients, and work closely with your local team to empower the next generation of project managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead key local infrastructure projects and deliver them on time, within scope and budget.
• Own project outcomes from feasibility through to handover, engaging with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Issue construction instructions, attend meetings, produce reports, and manage the project consenting process.
