Requirements :

• 7 to 10 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager Specialization in architecture and engineering, with a focus on project management and leadership (PMI certification is a plus) Experience in hospitality and shopping center projects, demonstrating a higher complexity than residential construction.


• Proven ability to manage both construction and pre-construction phases, including approvals and technical project aspects with city authorities.
