About this Role

The Senior Project Manager will lead all aspects of construction management for multifamily residential development projects, from pre-construction through project completion.

Responsibilities include coordinating design development, managing budgets and schedules, supporting procurement activities, overseeing consultant and trade relationships, administering contracts, and ensuring seamless project execution.
