About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) Merger & Upgrade as a multi-phase program ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and timelines.
  • Manage program execution with a focus on interdependencies across multiple projects and system reintegration while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that acceptance criteria for the merger and upgrade are met.
  • Track detailed execution plans from vendors and third parties and proactively remediate risks.
  • Manage workstream PMs & Leads.

Experience Required

  • Strong knowledge of complex ecosystem integration projects and experience in CC&B upgrades is essential for this role.
  • PMP Prince 2 Or Similar Project Management certifications.
