Senior Project Director: Client Delivery & Team Leadership

Dentsu Creative in Helsinki seeks a Project Director to unite strong team leadership, excellent client delivery, and calm operational control in a fast-moving agency environment. This central role helps shape how the team works and supports the development of a small team of Project Managers.

You will take on a direct client‑facing role, manage key accounts and profitability, lead projects and teams, and contribute hands-on across planning, concepts, branding, and asset delivery.
