Senior Project Coordinator

Aecon, a Canadian leader in infrastructure development, is seeking a qualified Senior Project Coordinator for the Scarborough Transit Connect (STC) project based in Scarborough. The role initially requires a full-time in‑office presence at 100 Consilium Pl, Scarborough, and will transition to a full‑time site‑based position as the project progresses to support line‑wide work.

What You’ll Do Here

• Lead and execute multiple concurrent operational activities across active project sites.
• Conduct on‑site technical reviews to monitor project progress, verify alignment with design specifications, and identify risks or discrepancies.
• Apply advanced technical, contractual, and commercial expertise to project delivery.
• Develop and maintain project controls, including Earned Value Management (EVM) tracking.
• Incorporate lessons learned into new project setups to enhance execution performance.
