Job Description:
The Sr. Program Manager coordinates and manages complex programs, supports internal clients, oversees implementation activities, and ensures successful delivery of program objectives. The role includes managing schedules, identifying customer needs, providing training, and maintaining effective communication across teams. Requirement/Must Have: Ability to perform all essential duties satisfactorily. Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to train and mentor others. Experience: 10 years of experience in program operations roles with at least 3 years in a program management capacity.
