Senior Program Manager (QE Transformation)

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a large scale, multi track Quality Engineering (QE) Transformation program within a global retail organization. This is a true transformation role, requiring strong program leadership across strategy, delivery, governance, vendor enablement, and change management. This role will partner with senior engineering leaders, QE teams, product, managed service vendors, and business stakeholders to shape ambiguity into clear roadmaps, drive execution across multiple concurrent workstreams, and ensure measurable outcomes. While QE/QA domain experience is valuable, program management strength and transformation leadership are the top priorities.
