We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead Analytics & Business Operations and drive operational excellence and data-driven decision making across the AWS InCommunities organization. This role will be responsible for establishing scalable operational frameworks, developing analytics capabilities, and providing strategic insights that enable the team to maximize impact and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will combine strong program management skills with analytical expertise, demonstrating the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights while building systems and processes that scale.
