With over 8 years of experience in Commercial Property/Casualty underwriting, you will be pivotal in achieving growth goals. Engage brokers through three-day-a-week visits, negotiate terms, and analyze business performance all while fostering excellent relationships within the insurance community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular face-to-face broker meetings
• Present Beneva's insurance products and services
• Negotiate competitive premiums and terms
• Evaluate outcomes to sustain profit and growth
• Assist in training fellow staff members
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years in commercial underwriting experience
• Strong expertise in Commercial Property/Casualty sector
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel
