Our award-winning client, a leading name in contract packing, is seeking Senior Production Operative/Trainee Li ne Leaders to join their fast-paced production site in Featherstone. These temp-to-perm roles offer long-term career growth in a dynamic and expanding environment.

Shifts: Rotating weekly 6am 2pm & 2pm 10pm
Days: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends as required

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate your production team to achieve performance targets
• Ensure all finished goods meet client specifications (SPI)
• Drive production efficiency and meet hourly/daily output plans
