Senior / Product Manager (SC)

Customs is seeking a passionate Product Manager or Senior Product Manager to lead the development, delivery, and operation of innovative G2B and G2G digital products and services that enhance the lives of citizens and businesses in Singapore. You will be instrumental in shaping product strategy, driving execution, and ensuring the successful adoption of technology solutions that serve the public good.

Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with Customs’ mission and user needs. Conduct market research, user interviews, and data analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.

Strong understanding on managing project integration, scope, time, budget, quality, communication, risks, procurement and stakeholders.
