Senior Product Designer — Remote HR Platform & Workflows

Finnish Designers in Turku is seeking a Senior / Lead Product Designer to join their team. This role focuses on a long-term HR system project aimed at enhancing the daily lives of employees at a multinational restaurant chain.

With several years of design experience, applicants should be proficient in creating efficient workflows, managing data-heavy interfaces, and validating designs through user research. The position offers flexibility for remote work but requires frequent presence in Turku.

Salary ranges from 4000 to 7000 € monthly, depending on experience.
