Senior Product Analyst (Quindío)

We are looking for a talented Senior Product Analyst who enjoys exploring product metrics, uncovering insights, and helping drive growth through analytical thinking.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Own our key metrics (conversion, LTV, CAC, payback, refund rate) and make sure they’re defined and calculated in a way everyone trusts.
• Run A/B tests end‑to‑end, from hypothesis to “here’s what we should do about it.”
• Build an LTV model using early signals and sensible assumptions.
• Dig into pricing experiments — help us understand the trade‑offs between conversion, price, and long‑term value.
• Analyze our web onboarding funnel and tell us where the biggest wins are hiding.
• Find non‑obvious growth levers that move us toward sustainable unit economics.
• Lean on AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot — whatever works for you) to move faster.
