Job Overview

The Pre-Commissioning Tendering and Operation Senior Principal Operations Engineer is responsible for preparation of pipeline, flexible and umbilical pre-commissioning tenders and recommending best practices.

The position is based in Kuala Lumpur/Singapore with a focus on global tenders and operations.

They will be tasked with solving complex Pre-Commissioning related operational problems and will work independently with minimal guidance. The Senior Principal Operations Engineer shall be responsible for leading functional teams and is regarded as a specialist in the field of Pre-Commissioning Operations. They must have in-depth expertise in Pre-Commissioning Operations as well as broad knowledge of the Pre-Commissioning Operations discipline within the Marine function.

With the support of the SAF Pre-Commissioning Technical Authority, they shall prepare technical and commercial build ups following the Tendering work instruction.
