Senior PPC Manager (Martial Arts & Boxing Division) – Location: Sialkot
Penna Overseas Corporation is seeking a dedicated and experienced PPC Manager to strengthen our production planning team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the cutting and stitching process for martial arts & boxing garments
- Ensure timely departmental coordination and production scheduling
- Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet delivery deadlines
- Lead and guide the PPC team for operational efficiency
- Communicate effectively with internal teams for smooth workflow
- Handle follow-ups on materials, labor, and machine availability
Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant industry experience
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field
