Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Planner to join the Southern Planning Team based in Southampton and the South. You will work across the Southern region covering Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, Dorset, and Wiltshire. The role requires 40 hours per week with some flexibility as discussed during interviews. Ceremonial sponsorship certificates are not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Allocate 50% of the role to the Baker Barracks project, which includes refurbishment and extensions of existing hangars, expansion of mess facilities, construction of a new office administration building, and a new build modular Armoury store and Weapon Cleaning shelter.
