Senior Pitch Assistant (8 month FTC)

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Pitch Assistant to join our Marketing team on an 8‑month fixed term contract, based in the A&O Shearman Belfast office.

Location: Belfast, A&O Shearman office.

What you will do

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Senior Pitch Assistant to support our Core Pitch Team (CPT) and contribute to the delivery of high‑quality pitch materials. Your role will include:

• Support the production of proposals, pitch presentations and credential statements, ensuring they meet A&O Shearman quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to help produce clear, accurate and well‑presented content.
• Support the development of key messages and client‑focused value propositions by contributing background research and assisting with content refinement.
• Proofread, format and refine pitch materials to ensure accuracy, consistency and high‑quality presentation.
