Partner Enablement Manager

As a Partner Enablement Manager, you will help our general partners successfully understand, position, and implement our AI platform. This hands‑on role focuses on partner training, academy ownership, documentation, and scalable enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver partner training sessions on platform features, VoiceBot, ERA, API connections, integrations, prompting, and implementation best practices, especially for the Genesys Cloud Platform, and platform agnostic content.
• Support partner onboarding, demos, and selected pre‑sales activities.
• Manage and improve the partner academy: update outdated content, create new learning materials, maintain training paths, coordinate contributions from the Enterprise Bot team, and develop training videos.
• Create setup guides, implementation playbooks, FAQs, partner resources; build and maintain a scalable knowledge base for partner self‑service.
