Key Responsibilities

AI & Agentic Studio (Primary Focus)

• Design and deploy intelligent HCM workflows using Oracle AI Agentic Studio: autonomous agents for recruitment screening, onboarding orchestration, and talent advisory
• Leverage Oracle Generative AI Service to build context‑aware HR assistants, smart nudges, and predictive analytics dashboards
• Integrate Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) with Fusion HCM for conversational AI interfaces: chatbots for employee self‑service, manager actions, and approvals
• Configure AI‑powered features: Skills Advisor, Career Development AI, Dynamic Skills, Workforce Predictions, and HCM Communicate
• Monitor agent performance and implement responsible AI guardrails within HR workflows
