Senior Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities: 1. Regulatory Liaison & Compliance Serve as the primary point of contact with government authorities, including the Department of Environment (DOE), Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH/JKKP), and Bomba. Ensure full compliance with all applicable licenses, environmental regulations, occupational safety requirements, and fire safety regulations. Manage permit applications and renewals, manufacturing licenses, and regulatory documentation. Coordinate and facilitate site inspections, audits, and visits by relevant government agencies. 2. Safety, Security & Risk Management Oversee and continuously improve safety and security protocols across the entire facility. Monitor and enforce Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures.
