Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily ship supply operations and ensure timely delivery to vessels
- Coordinate with customers, vessel agents, suppliers, and port authorities
- Monitor operational schedules and ensure all deliveries meet vessel timelines
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing and quality services
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, delivery documents, and operational reports etc
- Supervise warehouse, logistics, and operational staff when required
