Major Responsibilities

- Under direct report to the Chief of Operations, with wide latitude for making independent, high-level decisions in developing, implementing and evaluating policies and programs.
- Provide administrative and scheduling support to Chiefs, and Borough Commissioner when needed, be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Manage complex initiatives and projects, liaising with other divisions, agencies, elected officials, community boards and community-based organizations, service providers and contractors to identify and implement comprehensive solutions to operational challenges.
- Supervise data collection and analysis in the Borough, ensuring compliance with agency and citywide guidelines and regulations, and authoring reports for all levels of city government.
