Support Operations through a large-scale systems migration and transformation programme

Analyse current-state processes and define future-state operating models to amodate increased trade volumes

Act as the interface between SMEs and Technology teams, translating business requirements into clear deliverables

Produce and maintain process maps and workflow documentation ( Visio)
