Senior Operations Analyst - Data Insights & Optimization

DiDi Global Inc. in Argentina is seeking a Senior Analyst to specialize in our Operations function. You will independently execute complex tasks, manage workstreams, and drive optimization across playbooks and processes.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in analytics or strategy, strong SQL and Python skills, and experience leading small projects with clear communication to stakeholders. MBA or related master's degree preferred.
