About the role: We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Hospice at Home team, supporting patients in the comfort of their own homes. You will take a holistic approach, supporting patients physical, psychological, social and cognitive needs. Working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver personalised interventions that promote rehabilitation and enablement-focused approach to care.
