About the Role
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of nursing services to support the Nursing Home's strategic goals and operational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all nursing standards, regulations, and licensing requirements set by the Ministry of Health (MOH) and the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) across the assigned nursing home cluster.
- Support the Director of Nursing (DON) in identifying and implementing new resident care programmes and initiatives to address service gaps.
