Senior Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Job overview

We are looking for an experienced Radiographer or Technologist to work in our Nuclear Medicine department at the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton, in a fixed term 12 month contract for maternity cover. This will provide an opportunity to join us in a state-of-art Nuclear Medicine department. You will ensure a high-quality service administering radiopharmaceuticals and performing Nuclear Medicine scans, including PET-CT. You will be supported by senior Technologists, Consultants, management, and dedicated Physics and Admin staff.

You will be expected to have technical expertise as well as good clinical knowledge. You will be capable of responding to challenges and working cooperatively as part of a large MDT. As a senior Technologist or Radiographer you will help ensure effective day-to-day operations of the service.
