About the Role
**Lead Motor Rewind Technician -- 1st shift -- Up to $40 per hour**
The Lead Motor Rewind Technician leads field and shop operations focused on rewinding and repairing AC/DC motors and related electro-mechanical equipment while ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role combines hands-on technical work in motor rewind and diagnostics with leadership of field service technicians, oversight of industrial equipment service projects, and continuous improvement of processes and standards.
**Responsibilities**
+ Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times to maintain a safe work environment in both shop and field settings.
+ Complete all required quality assurance procedures for each repair job, ensuring motors and equipment meet performance and safety standards after service.
