RMIT is evolving its Minor Works function to provide a simpler, more transparent and customer-focused approach to campus improvements, relocations, refurbishment projects and user-funded works. Sitting at the intersection of facilities service delivery and capital project delivery, the function plays a critical role in ensuring requests are directed through the most appropriate delivery pathway, with governance, risk management and oversight proportionate to complexity.
