Job Summary We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Metrology and Surveillance Engineer to join our dynamic team. 
Key Responsibilities Lead surveillance testing programmes, analysing product performance, identifying risks, and driving improvements through data‑led insights. 
Develop and validate metrology methods across dimensional, mechanical, and functional measurements. 
Take ownership of measurement system analysis (MSA), ensuring robust, accurate, and compliant measurement processes. 
Design and optimise CMM programmes for complex, tight‑tolerance components. 
Create and implement test protocols and technical procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
