About the Role
Responsibilities
- Monitor, planning, designing and developing mechanical engineering services like HVAC, Water supply, Drainage, Firefighting, Gas & BMS.
- Manage Design Questionnaire, Space planning, Design basis / concept report in consultation with Electrical counterpart through the design team.
- Develop/review mechanical calculations and schedules.
- Review mechanical design drawings at all stages and develop Specifications and BoQ.
- Prepare presentations for Client meetings.
- Be able to communicate effectively at all levels to support collaborative work practices.
- Maintain Customer focus and adhere to the Quality & Time.
- Apply technical knowledge to resolve problems and be willing to learn new skills.
- Coordinate with client and local authorities for design approval.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
