They're building their marketing function from the ground up and want it done properly: content-led, data-driven, and built to scale. The team is small, fast-moving, and values initiative over hand-holding.

The Opportunity:

By 90 days you'll own a live, multi-platform content engine, early paid campaigns generating real lead flow, and CRM nurture sequences running in the background. You're building the marketing function, not maintaining someone else's, with a clear path toward leading a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cut long-form recordings into platform-ready short-form video at volume, and maintain a growing asset library in Google Drive
