Job Description

A Leading Financial Services client requires a Senior Marketing Manager to be responsible for leading and managing the internal marketing team.

• Lead and manage the internal marketing team
• Oversee digital marketing and platform performance
• Maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Brand budgeting
• Analyse customer insights and market trends within Banking/Financial Services sectors
• Create and maintain analytics reports
• Track and analyse marketing initiatives

Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12
• Tertiary Qualification - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business/Finance
• At least 5 years marketing management experience gained within Banking / Financial Services environment
• In-depth knowledge of banking regulatory requirements and compliance standards
