Senior Marketing & Content Lead

**Core Responsibilities**:
**Brand Leadership & Strategy**
- Develop and execute an integrated marketing, content, and design strategy that amplifies our brand’s unique story
- Refine our brand identity, ensuring visual and narrative consistency across all touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with founders, product, and sales to reflect our innovation through every campaign
**Content & Design Excellence**
- Produce high-impact content (copy, visuals, campaigns) for web, social, sales, and external communications
- Craft powerful narratives and visual materials to set Newcode.ai apart
**Growth & Expansion**
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to optimize for visibility and engagement
- Identify opportunities to strengthen our market presence
- Build relationships with external freelancers, agencies, and vendors as needed
- Lay the groundwork for scaling the marketing function, including future team building
