- Proven experience in a senior workshop or manufacturing leadership role
- Strong technical background within machining or heavy engineering environments
- Experience managing large teams and multi-shift operations
- Ability to oversee production planning and workflow optimisation
- Strong problem-solving skills with hands‑on shopfloor involvement
- Knowledge of CNC machining, gear manufacturing, or similar processes advantageous
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
