INSEAD is seeking a Senior Manager, Web Experience and Digital Communications to join our Communications Department. This is a full-time, permanent position, based at our Asia Campus in Singapore . A hybrid working model is in place – 3 days on campus, 2 days from home.

Reporting to the Director, Web Experience and Digital Communications, you will lead the delivery and continuous optimisation of INSEAD’s web experience and Communications platforms. In this senior role, you will translate institutional strategy into scalable Communications workflows, tools, and improvements that enhance customer journeys, operational efficiency, and global visibility.
