Senior Manager - Vendors and Scaled Programs

Key Responsibilities

• Own business performance outcomes across vendor-supported programs, including revenue delivery, operational efficiency, scalability, and partner performance.
• Develop scalable governance frameworks that enable vendors to operate with autonomy while maintaining accountability to business objectives and operational standards.
• Partner with commercial stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and monetisation initiatives across affiliate and partner ecosystems.
• Drive business reviews, forecasting, prioritisation, and strategic planning across vendor portfolios.
• Build operational frameworks that allow vendors to independently manage day‑to‑day execution within clearly defined SOPs, SLAs, governance structures, and escalation pathways.
