Senior Manager, Training

We are seeking a seasoned and versatile professional to take on a duo‑role within the Data Center Operations team. The successful candidate will serve as a Change Advisory Board (CAB) Approver responsible for evaluating and authorizing changes that impact DC Operation’s infrastructure, and as a Trainer for the Data Center Facility Equipment domain to upskill the Data Center Operations Team. This is a role ideally for someone with strong technical expertise, a passion for knowledge transfer, and leadership capabilities to influence and align with best practices across multiple mission‑critical data center sites in APAC. The incumbent will lead and work closely with other Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to enhance the training materials.
